If you are wish to be an Oral Presenter <> at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee <>.

- Presentation slot (20min) – Not applicable for Non presenters

POSTER Presentations
If you are wish to be an Poster Presenter link at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee.
Registration fee includes: Poster Presenters
- Presentation slot (20min) – Not applicable for Non presenters

- Eligibility for all technical sessions and workshops inside the conference

VIRTUAL Presenters
If you are unable to attend the conference in person but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer virtual presentations for your convenience. Your presentation will be uploaded to the conference website.
You are still required to submit a proposal/abstract or full paper, and one author must pay the registration fee. After the conference has ended, you will receive a copy of the conference program, certificate of presentation, and the book of abstracts along with the conference pack.
Registration fee includes: Virtual Presenters
- Abstracts and papers will be published in conference proceedings
- Submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
- An author certificate, abstract book and conference materials will be mailed to every virtual presenter after the conference
About Group Registration
- Group registration is applicable for any of the above presentation types.
- You are eligible for the discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of minimum 5 persons.
- If your group comprises of more than 10 people please drop an email to info@iarfconference.com for the higher percentage of the discount rate.
Special Note
The registration fee does not include domestic transport, tours or accommodation.
The specified additions could be booked at the time of online registration.
Guidelines to select the Registration Fee
- If you are Oral Presenter link or as a Poster presenter link you should register as a delegate/student.
- If you are a listener you should register as an attendee.
- However, if you cannot participate but still would want to present at the you can select the virtual presenter link
- The registration fee is based on your citizenship, not nationality.

Group, Co-authors and Discount
You are eligible for the discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of 5 persons and/or more or a co-author of a paper presentation.
If your group comprises of more than 10 people please drop an email to info@iarfconference.com for the higher percentage of the discount rate.

Both Oral Presenters Link and Non-Presenters/Listeners are required to register and pay their registration fee Link before the final registration deadline. If you pay before the early bird deadline you will get a cheaper rate on the registration fee.
